Overview

Everest Three Pass Trek is one of the adventurous trekking routes of the Everest region which lies in an Eastern part of Nepal. It provides trekkers with admirable views of the tallest peak of the world. We need at least 19 days to trek in these trails to complete and it can be extended a few more days if they deserve rest days in some places. The trek takes us through three different valley system linked by the high passes in Khumbu region of Nepal. The major attraction of this trek is Renjo La pass, Chola-La pass, Kongma-La Pass and other highlights such as Gokyo Ri, Fifth Lake, Kalapather and Everest Base Camp. The trekker also can observe the lifestyle of the mountain people. When you reach the top of the three passes you will get many wonderful views of mountains. While doing trekking in this region we get an opportunity to explore the Sagarmatha National park.

Everest Three Pass Trek is one of the most challenging trekking routes of the Everest region. For doing this trekking trekkers should have physically fit and fine and experience to do this trek. Everest Three Pass Trek offers you the opportunity to soak up the lifestyle and the culture of the Sherpa.  The starting point of this trek is the Lukla. The best season for doing this trekking route in February, March, April, September, October, November and December. In the spring season rhododendron bloom everywhere in the forest which makes our trekking most interesting and during the monsoon season wild animals likely to be seen on route trek are the Himalayan Thar, Ghoral, Serow, and musk deer. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu ITA and transfer to hotel

Day 02: Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley

Day 03: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft): 3 – 4 hours

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280 ft): 5 – 6 hours

Day 05: Namche Bazaar: Rest and acclimatization

Day 06:  Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m/12,660 ft): 5 – 6 hours

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft): 5 – 6 hours

Day 08: Dingboche: acclimatization and rest

Day 09: Dingboche to Chhukung (4750m/15,580 ft), climb Chhukung Ri (5,546m): 6 – 7 hours

Day 10: Cross to Kongma La pass (5535m/18,159ft), trek to Lobuche (4940m/16,210ft): 6 – 7 hours

Day 11: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5170 m/16,961ft), visit Everest Base Camp (5364 m/17,594 ft): 6-7 hrs

Day 12: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545 m/18,192 ft), then to Lobuche (4940 m/16,207 ft): 8 – 9 hours

Day 13: Lobuche to Dzongla (4830m/15,850 ft): 3 – 4 hours

Day 14: Trek to Gokyo (4800m/15,580 ft) via Cho La pass (5368m/17,611 ft): 7 – 8 hours

Day 15: Rest day in Gokyo: Climb Gokyo Ri (5357m/17,575 ft), tour 4th and 5th Gokyo lakes: 3 – 4 hours

Day 16: Gokyo to Marlung (4210m/13,810 ft) via Renjo La Pass (5360m/17585 ft): 7 – 8 hours

Day 17: Marlung to Namche Bazaar: 5 – 6 hours

Day 18: Namche Bazaar to Lukla: 6 – 7 hours

Day 19: Lukla to Kathmandu

Day 20: Final Departure at International airport

Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu       

A delegate will be meet you at the arrival gate of Tribhuwan international airport then you will transfer to the hotel which you have chosen for relax and freshen up. In the evening we will have our welcome dinner with you and your trekking guide. 

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

The second day of our trekking we will be taken for a full day sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley after having breakfast. In this day we will visit center of pilgrimage Pashupatinath temple and Swaymbunath which are enlisted in UNESCO world heritage sites. After sightseeing we come back to hotel.

Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and Phakding

After having breakfast in the morning the guide will take you towards Tribhuvan international airport flying for about 35 minutes enjoying beautiful views of the middle hills and mountain of Nepal and we land lukla. After reaching lukla we will slowly start our trekking towards Phakding which takes almost 3 to 4 hours to reach Phakding from lukla which is at the height of 2610 meter fom the sea level and spends one night in this place.    

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly starts our trek towards Namche bazaar after spending one night in the Phakding. It takes almost 5 to 6 hours to reach Namche Bazaar from Phakding which lies at the height of 3440m from the sea level and spend overnight in Namche bazaar.

Day 05: Acclimatize at Namche Bazaar

Today we don’t start our trekking because today is for rest. We will hike up the syangboche airport and the Everest views hotel which is one of the highest placed hotels of the world and day and hike one of the hiking destinations in the area and back to the hotel and spend overnight in the namche bazaar.     

Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly starts our trek towards Tengboche after spending one night in the Namche bazaar. It takes almost 6 hours to reach Tengboche from Namche bazaar which lies at the height of 3860 meter from the sea level and spend overnight in this place.

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly starts our trek towards dingboche after spending one night in the Tengboche. During the time of trekking we will passes through the lush forest of birch, confer and rhododendron trees and it takes almost 5 to 6 hours to reach Dingboche from the Tengbouche and spend one night in this place. 

Day 08: rest in Dingboche

Today we don’t start our trekking because today is for the rest and explore around the Dingboche. From here we can see the beautiful scenery of the nature and wonderful views of the mountains and spend overnight in this place.

Day 09: Dingboche to Chhukung and climb Chhukung Ri

The trails continue to bibber which is a yak herdsman place. It takes almost 6 to 7 hours to reach Chhukung ri from Dingboche and spend one night in this place.     

Day 10: Cross to Kongma La pass, trek to Lobuche

After spending one night in the Chhukung Ri we will slowly starts our trekking towards Lobuche after having breakfast in the morning. It takes almost 6 to 7 hours to reach Lobuche from Chhukung Ri which lies 4940 meter from the sea level and spend one night in this valley.  

Day 11: Lobuche to Gorak Shep, visit Everest Base Camp

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly start towards Gorak shep after spending one night in the Lobuche. While having trekking in this route we get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of mountain and we will visit Everest base camp. It takes almost 6 to 7 hours to reach Gorak shep from Lobuche which lies 5170 meter from the sea level and spend one night in the valley.  

Day 12: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar, then to Lobuche

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly start our trekking towards Kala patthar after spending one night in the Gorak shep. After reaching Kala patthar we will slowly start our trekking towards lobuche which takes 8 to 9 hours to reach lobuche from Kala patthar at the height of 4940 meter from the sea level and we will spend one night in this valley.      

Day 13: Lobuche to Dzongla

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly start our trekking towards Dzongla after spending one night in the Lobuche. It takes almost 3 to 4 hour to reach Dzongla from Lobuche which lies at the height of 4830 meter from the sea level and spend overnight in this village.   

Day 14: Trek to Gokyo via Cho La pass

After spending one night in the Dzongla we will slowly start our trekking towards Gokyo after having breakfast in the morning. It takes almost 7 to 8 hours to reach Gokyo from Dzongla which lies at the height of 4800 meter from the sea level and we will spend one night in this village.   

Day 15: Rest day in Gokyo

We don’t start our trekking because this day is for rest. Today we will explore in the Gokyo ri which is at the height 5360 meter from the sea level then we return back to hotel back and spend one night in this place.  

Day 16: Gokyo to Marlung via Renjo La Pass

After having breakfast in the morning we will slowly start our trekking towards Marlung through the Renjo La pass after spending one night in Gokyo. It takes almost 7 to 8 hours to reach Marlung from Gokyo which takes almost 7 to 8 hours at the height 4210 meter from sea level and spend one night in this place.   

Day 17: Marlung to Namche Bazaar

After spending one night in Murlung we will slowly start our trekking towards Namche bazaar after having breakfast in the morning. It takes almost 5 to 6 hours to reach Namche bazaar from Marlung and spend one night in this valley.   

Day 18: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

After having breakfast we will start our trekking come downward to the lukla after spending one night in the Namche bazaar. It takes almost 6 hours to reach lukla from the Namche bazaar which is at the height 2804 meter from the sea level and spend overnight in lukla.  

Day 19: Lukla to Kathmandu

We will come back to Kathmandu valley by flying from the lukla airport. After reaching in the Kathmandu valley you will transfer to the hotel and take some rest and evening walk in the Thamel bazaar. 

Day 20: Final Departure

We will proudly drop you to the airport to catch your flight back to your home.

Sleeping

Manual Note

According to actual official Itinerary and cost if any thing will adding date or staff, or condition bad weather take helicopter, Rescue about these thing the price will be adding.
