The guide will be in the hotel where you spend overnight to take you towards the domestic airport at Kathmandu valley. After 30 minutes scenic flight from Kathmandu valley, we will reach Lukla which is the gateway of every trekking destination of the Everest region. From Lukla, our first-day walking trek starts towards Monjo.
The trail will be passing through colorful landscapes following the Dudh Koshi River. While trekking on this day, you get a chance to explore Sagarmatha National Park which is home to many rare animals, birds, flora, and fauna. It takes 4 to 5 hours to reach Monjo to Namche Bazaar. The trek for the day will start by crossing suspension bridges to leave Monjo.
There are not many ascents or descents and on the way, you get to see many Buddhist shrines, mani walls, Buddhist flags, and mesmerizing views of the Mountain which is Mt Ama Dablam. You will have an opportunity to visit one of the biggest monasteries of the Everest region which is Tengboche Monastery on this day trekking.
The trail is very scenic but also quite challenging. The place has the best view of the towering Ama Dablam in the background and the view from here spectacular and dramatic. It takes 5 hours to reach Dingboche from Tengboche where you get mesmerizing views of mountains and beautiful natural landscapes.
Today begin with a descent through a beautiful forest of rhododendron and pine. Our trail to Lobuche is snow-covered for most of the section after Thonka and the trail goes up to the drain of the Khumbu region. The path mounts up to Khumbu Glacier and almost half of the climb to the moraine is Dughla.
Early in the morning, we will walk towards Gorak Shep. It takes almost 2 to 3 hours to reach Gorak Sherpa from Lobuche. And after reach in Gorak Shep, we will hike up to the Everest Base Camp. Today is the most exciting day of this trekking where the trail is rugged and on the moraine. After hiking in EBC, we will back to Gorak Shep where we will spend the overnight.
As we know that, Kala Patthar is one of the best viewpoints of the Everest region. Today, we will hike up at Kala Patthar, where you will get the best view of sunrise from Mt Everest. From Kala Patthar, the helicopter will come here to take you toward Lukla. And from Lukla, we will have our breakfast and take a flight toward Kathmandu valley. After reach in Kathmandu valley, get to explore Kathmandu valley.
Today is the last day in Nepal. The guide will be in the hotel where you spend the overnight and the guide will take you to the international airport to see you off and hope you will give an opportunity to serve you again.
