We collect information you provide directly when making a booking or inquiry: name, email address, phone number, nationality, passport details (for permit applications), and any health information relevant to your trek. We also collect standard website analytics data (page views, session duration) via anonymised tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used to process bookings, obtain trekking permits, communicate about your trip, and comply with Nepalese government requirements for foreign trekkers. We may send you trip-related updates and, with your consent, occasional newsletters about new routes and offers.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share your data only with the third parties necessary to deliver your trip: Nepal's Department of Immigration, TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System), hotels and teahouses, and transport providers. We do not sell your data to marketers or unrelated third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details on our Contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
We retain booking records for seven years in accordance with Nepalese tax and accounting regulations. Other personal data is deleted within 12 months of your trip completing, unless you have opted in to ongoing communications.
