Our Story
Founded by guides who know these mountains personally
Adventure Everest Team was founded by guides who grew up near these mountains — people for whom the Himalayas are not a destination but a home. From day one, our approach has been simple: lead every trek the way a trusted local friend would. Not with a script, but with genuine knowledge.
Over the years we built a team of certified trek leaders, high-altitude porters, and logistics specialists who combine professional training with mountain knowledge that can only come from living here. The Nepal Mountaineering Association has recognised us three consecutive years as the country's top peak permit operator — a reflection of the trust our clients place in us, and the volume of expeditions we successfully deliver.
Today we work with trekkers and expeditions from more than 40 countries — from first-time walkers on the Annapurna Circuit to veteran climbers attempting 8,000-metre summits. Whatever the objective, our promise stays the same: careful planning, transparent costs, and someone who knows the trail personally beside you every step of the way.
“We don't sell holidays. We share our home with people who are ready to truly experience it.”

Our Mission
Open the Himalayas to the world — on the mountains' terms
Every journey we lead is guided by deep local knowledge, built around your safety, and run in a way that gives back to the communities that make it all possible. We are not a tour operator that happens to have Nepal treks in a catalogue. We are Himalayan people who lead the journeys ourselves.
What We Stand For
The values we operate by, every single trip
Local Expertise
Our guides grew up near these mountains. They know the trails, the weather, the villages, and the people — not from a guidebook, but from a lifetime.
Safety First
Every team member is first-aid certified. We carry emergency oxygen, maintain strict altitude protocols, and our trip leaders are trained to make hard calls when conditions demand it.
Ethical Operations
We pay porters above industry rates, enforce strict load limits, and provide crew welfare regardless of client pressure. Responsible travel isn't a marketing line — it's how we operate.
Transparent Pricing
Every cost is itemised before you book. No surprise charges on the trail, no ambiguous inclusions. What we quote is what you pay.
Authentic Experiences
We take you through villages where we have relationships, teahouses that aren't on tourist maps, and moments that feel genuinely Himalayan — not choreographed.
Reliable Support
We respond within 10 minutes on WhatsApp during business hours. On the trail, your guide has a direct line to our Kathmandu operations team at all times.
Responsible Operations
We take care of the people who make every trek possible
Responsible trekking starts with how you treat your own team. Our porters and guides are not just a cost line — they are the backbone of every journey, and they deserve to be treated accordingly.
- All porters carry no more than 25 kg — NMA standard, always enforced
- Fair wages above the national trekking industry average, paid on time
- Full first-aid equipment and insurance for every crew member on every trip
- Crew welfare is non-negotiable, regardless of weather, schedule, or client pressure
